Many streets are flooded due to heavy rain caused by Typhoon Ondoy (International name Typhoon Ketsana). One of the victim is FHM Sexiest Pinay for 2009 Ms. Cristine Reyes who's house was subside by water.
The actress is stranded in her home and she ended up staying on the roof. It took a while before she was rescued.
